"Glenn Redmond at Billy Nudgel’s Pet Services in Foxtrap was the third dog trainer we tried for our Labrador Retriever, a totally unagressive but hard headed and overly friendly dog. We were having great difficulty controlling our dog outdoors. At home he was fine, but outside he lunged on the leash, broke free as soon as he saw another human being or another dog because he absolutely had to go and greet them (whether they wanted him to or not) and did not listen to us. Glenn did wonders with our dog. Using a combination of individual training sessions and in-kennel training, Glenn taught him to stop jumping, to walk well on a leash and to respect basic commands and then showed us how to get the same results. Glenn clearly has a gift with dogs and our dog instantly respected him. Our only regret is that Glenn was not the first trainer we turned to. Next time we get a dog, the first thing we will do is take him or her to Glenn, get a behavioural assessment and put together an individualised obedience program. We strongly recommend Glenn Redmond as a dog trainer to anyone who wants their dog to learn basic or advanced obedience or who is experiencing specific behavioural programs."
